OK, I've decided to bite the bullet and buy LED light's. Witch one's do you suggest for the brake light's and witch one's for the running/turn signals in the fairing, and how about the running light's on the crash bars. Narrow or wide angle? 12, 19, 24, or 30 led's per bulb? On the rear I have the original tail/brake plus 2 tail/brake on the trunk. The rear turn are turn only, I was going to leave them regular bulbs so they would make the turn signal flasher work. How's this sound? What do you guys have/think/suggest?

Have you checked out the different sections of the Superbrightleds.com site?
I don't know about the Crash Bar "Running Lights" if you are talking about Aux Driving Lights, almost any pair of 55 watt halogens will provide a boost to your view, I got the Pilot brand from Walmart with ~4" round lenses, but there are many designs, ovals, etc.!

You have the 79F, but the Fiche site shows the double bulb wide design, but some of the photos on our site show the small single bulb housing, depending on which one you have will also contribute to which type of bulb you use!

1157 separate bulb base/circuit board:

36 Red LED lamp; it's only $9.95, but the display size isn't very big!


Another option is the complete bulb. But again, the size of the bulb is not very large, even with the radially aimed leds and wide angle bulbs. $7.29

Below would be suggested for the small single bulb housing.
This is the TRUCK light, it's 4.3" diameter so the 61 leds are displayed over a larger area in the rear tail light housing, but you'll need to get the PIGTAIL plug with it to wire it in.

As for your TRUNK LIGHTS, not sure how the bulb socket and bulb is positioned in them, so you'll have to determine which type will give best display and FIT!

The rear turn signal could use this one, but again, not a big display area, but I keep forgetting you have the Standard, a bit narrower housing vs. the Special's ROUND!

OR a 2 prong one from local auto store, Trident brand was one I found and used, was combo electro-mechanical but NOT THERMAL, has worked just fine, was about $8.00.
