It is a bit intimidateing to ask questions on this site but here goes again.

I have a 81 special I need a right hand side cover. Sitting on the bike . I have a look at some but they dont lok alike. What year and modle will fit as My dollars are lean to make mistakes.

Seems dumb but what can I say?

      intimidation

Don't be intimidated to ask questions.... There are a lot of people on here with A LOT of knowledge that they graciously share freely. has your question been asked before... more than likely. spend some time searching on this site with various spellings and pluralisms (don't think that is a word) and you will more than likely find what you are looking for.

It is great to ask questions to learn, and in the same breath, it never hurts to do some homework (aka searching) first. Some of the best knowledge I have found about this beatiful machine, I have found while searching for something else... just some food for thought.

I'd add one thing. Don't ever feel intimidated to ask here. Channel 11 is a close knit group that are willing to go the extra mile to help.

Any question is welcome here. There are no promises it can be answered but my experience has been 100% thus far.

I would just like to add, that anything you need can be found, offered or ordered, and has been here before, heck, alot of times these generous xsives will even give you things and refuse to be compensated, Thanks again Maximan, Chevy, Andres, and eveyone else that has helped me get my bike to where it needed to be! You are all a great group of xsive gurus.

          be safe,
