Yeah mro, about this changing perfectly good 34mm carbs for larger carbs madness, the stock XS11 manifolds/boots when stripped of rubber, just by chance happen to be 37mm I.D.(up from 34mm) - now, to perfectly match the 'new' manifold to the inlet port, it'll have to be "off with the head!" and "out with a dremel" for a smooth fit to the port entrance. Then just the very short rubber hose connection to the carb throat. Like you say, there's probably some 37mm manifolds from other bikes(no doubt atrociously priced too) that may fit the angled XS11 cylinder head, but who really knows, and the ports are still gonna need matching anyway, and as my box of spare XS manifolds are likely to be sitting around for the next thousand years or so unused, I'll be using them
