Hey guys...
I would appretiate a photo of a vetter windjammer IV/SS fairing mounts, prefferably mounted... I have one and the mounting hardware is dubious.. It bolts on to the two bolts that hold the oil cooler mounting and has its own oil cooler hardware welded on. But the angles don't add up. For the lowers. So a few angles are off and I would really like to know how to adjust it right.
The position of the fairing on the mount and the angle relative to the standard gas tank would be nice.
The question is: My new old 1.1 standard sat for a few years. Clutch has no effect. If I pull the lever in, I see the clutch plates through the oil filler hole seperate, but the rear wheel is still connected to the crank... wont disengage. Any ideas? Is it just a matter of unstucking it?
I havent started the engine yet... I have a plan to warm up the engine a bit, let the oil heat up and circulate a bit... if that will free it. I really dont feel like disassembling the thing.
And does anybody have a nice set of handlebars that work well with the vetter fairing.... XJ1100 look nice... adjustable and all... would I have to change the upper part of the tripple tree for those to work?
