Pggg, 240mm (about 9.44") is fairly small as the XS11 has 56% of the weight on the rear. I'm not against that though. I'm usiing SV/Bandit600/Catana600 (all the same dual piston calipers) and the non drilled XS11 rear rotor turned down by .400" from stock diameter. Then you can crossdrill for better bite and somewhat lighter weight. I believe all three XS11 rotors are exactly the same front and rear? I have to make a mounting bracket (aluminum .375") and spacers and finally a torque arm and weld on brackets. Lots of work but what else am going to do, watch TV? BTW, both XS and SV calipers use 1/2" inch M/C, finish off with S/S line. Presto, cool brake system.

Gar are the suzuki 600's a 20mm diameter axle? Depending on the suzuki caliper, XS bracket cut down can fit. With a light rear end a 240mm disc is fine but the stock XS rear could be too heavy - but so long as the wheel locks up into a skid when you want it too, then fine. Actually, that kawasaki disc on mine is 230mm, the feel is exact opposite of the steel hose front which is solid and hard, the back brake is soft and spongy but will lock the wheel EASY and is very controllable, on hard braking it's brilliant - no skidding or shuddering.

I’d like to get a set but I'm broke at the moment. Is this a one-time opportunity or something you plan to offer on an ongoing basis?

Also do the R1 rotors have to be used with these calipters?

              No, and No!

I am still working on the adapters and once I have the program, I can run a set off at any time.

It dawned on my that I could also make an adapter to mount the R1 rotors as well. So, now I want to make sure the caliper adapters works for both situations (XS or R1 rotors).
