    Looking for air box rubber snorkel thing

    First, I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this. If there is an appropriate board for this, please let me know.

    What I need is that rubber thing that goes into the air box and extends out under the fuel tank. Bike is a 79 XS11 special. After I bought it I found it didn't have one. Some guy thought it was smart to get rid of it... after all, why do you need it sticking under the seat when there's a hole there anyway. dumb

      .. i would make sure that the motor is still any good first before spending money on parts for the air box. but if ya gotta, we have a person here that usualy has everything, the name is Andreas

      also i have seen the whole airbox assembly, snorkel and all, on ebay for about 10 bucks.

              I saw one on ebay yesterday......search for XS1100 stuff and it should show up.
