Hey we're neighbors. I'm in Brooklyn Park, where you guys at? We'll have to hook up for a buz sometime. I picked up a 79 and 78 from Craigslist about 2 months ago. The 79 is nice and the 78 came with it as a parts bike. Got the deal for $375. Yep, can't wait on these things.... I was thinking of looking into one of the others on Craigslist but as you mentioned, it's sold.

Hey strabo, I see you live in White Bear Lake. Does Tousley Motorsports run much for yamaha parts? I have an aunt that lives not too far away in Hugo. All I know is you can spend hours in that place and still not put a dent in it, my parents always know where to find me by following the drool trail haha.

Hey Guys - I'm in Stacy - Tousley Motorsports will gladly order parts, but they haven't stocked any of the parts I've needed for my 78E.

Like Cyrock says, they are more than happy to order in parts, they do not maintain more than very basic parts.
Parts counter is always a busy place.
As far as drooling over the bikes, I much prefer the look of my xj1100 to the newer hardly drivable wanna be they have in there.


I lived in Hugo until this year. Moved to a house with a GARAGE!!
