The clearences for the 80-81's were changed to 0.11-0.15mm for the intakes, and the exhaust was left at 0.21-0.24mm. I would use the same measurment for the XJ engine. I recommend using a dedicated metric feeler gauge for this. Clymers said the change was made to quite valve noise.
Hope you can read these... Intake is first, Exhaust second...
Maybe someone can get you something better, but maybe this will help for now...
