Was cleaning/checking out my flat side carbs after work last night and found that there was a broken pin stuck in #4. Tried the "push pin" tip, no go.., so bright idea made a tool to push stuck pin out, steel used not hard enough...
Then found a broken "tap" in my tool box and stuck it in my drill press and ground a point (.064 mm) .. held it in carb with small vise grip, gave it a light tap with a wrench and pin popped out easily.
Think tool might would work if I welded pointy tap to it. Steel tap is made of much harder steel than what I had used on tool.
