I read all the posts on this , and I keep bending pins , push pins etc ...This is realy kicking my butt ...
Might try again with a hot air gun to the body , might expand a tad ???
    Any other suggestions??

    Drastic situations

Put the two carbs in the freezer , then will use the heat gun .
If I have two can get it drilled out at a machine shop ??
    Its tight allright !!

On one of your carbs that you can get the "needle" out, find a finish nail that will JUST fit in hole. With said nail grind/file off point to make it flat. May have to shorten nail to fit in carb.

Either have an extra hand hold carb or carefully place in vise (soft jaws/rag etc.) Hold nail w/needle nose plier in position. I put a small nut in carb (pivot point) and used a flat screw driver to push nail.

      Hope above makes sense
