which Kerker? I've seen 2 different sets... I parked my 80SG next to another XS11 with a Kerker setup - and they were *different*.
I can take a digital as well - the SG currently has a stock 4-INTO-2 on it so there won't be a motorcycle "in the way"
After tinkering with the set I got off Ebay I think I have a Kerker and not MAC as I 1st suspected.
The OD of my collector is 2 1/4 inches (that's the size of the clamp and it fits right). The muffler goes from 3 inch to 4 inch at the outlet and is 18 inches long.
I don't know the size of the header pipes.

The pipe I have in my shop has 35 mm primaries and a 53 mm collector with what a ppears to be a Kerker megaphone "shoved" onto the end of some sort of header.
But I'm not sure. I have a certified Kerker in my shop that looks nothing like this. The down tubes are 38 mm and the collector is a whopping 64 mm....NOW THAT'S a header that will flow...that's a KERKER. Supertrapp made somethhing of this dimension as well.
But I don't want to stick my foot in my mouth...if ya know what I mean. This may be some other model of Kerker that was designed for some other reason than maximal flow.
Cody,
I'll take a look at daily ride. I KNOW it has a Kirker on it, so I'll post monday evening, my time. I'm gone early in the morning for my dive trip.

Well it's way bigger than the Motad. As you recall the Motad has the same 35mm collector as the primaries
The collector on this thing is 53 mm.
But I have a Kerker in my shop right now that has a 64 mm collector with 38 mm primaries. THAT is the kerker I'm looking for.
But the darn things are so rare I seriously doubt if I'll be able to find one...short of breaking into Dan Hodges garage at 2 am and stealing his. But being shot ain't in th eplan either. So it's back to the quest for an exhaust.
