Mason is that your handi work? that's a smokin' hot bike and you can call it what ever you like. I'd call it a cafe/streetfighter/turbo monster.
I've been pondering my rear swingarm, I know some have converted to chain drive but I'd like to keep the shaft drive. I figured I could mill out and reweld the inner left side of the swingarm for a small bit of added clearance to fit a 150... I haven't taken the shaft out yet to check the shaft to inside tube clearance. You seem to have it figured out? What size tire is that? Great bike.

Caferacer, I bought mine for $750.00 with full touring gear and removed it. Then sold everything on ebay for $550.00 and now I've got only $200.00 in it. It had been in storage for many years so it's a lot of work to get it back on the road. Part of the fun I guess?

is this considered a cafe racer?
.. yeah, thats the first thing that i think of when someone says "cafe racer" to me.
..this bike must be in XS11 heaven! in the last picture, i see two 1100 standards to the left of it and four specials behind it. i want to go there!!

That bike is way more than a cafe racer. I'm curious if it has any over heating problems with the large oil cooler and the intercooler for the turbo. Did you notice the color of the header pipes?

I'll bet it runs out of revs way before it rouns out of power in top gear.

If I had to guess I'd guess it a German made bike. The Germans build some way over the top bikes. With that size of oil cooler I'd say no problems with heat?

That Turbo XS was at the XS1100 International Rally held in the U.K. last weekend.
There was also a wicked little XS11 mini-moto.

                              See them HERE

In all about 160 XS1100s turned out from all over Europe.

Trikerneil, thanks for that great group of photos. What was the technical drawing of?
Do you know what might be the rear wheel of choice for the XS11 wider is better to a limit I would like to fit a 4.5"X17" for a tire size of 160? But with standard swingarm clearance there is no room. I have a plan however there may be others too?
