can anybody tell me what the chances that i can reuse the speedo seal

It depends on it's condition, and if it rips when you take the speedo out of the shell. I was able to reuse one once, but I also ripped one up when handling it gently. It had just gotten dry, and crumbled when I tried to slide it off the gauge. -
