  • valve cover torque spec?

I've spent the past 20 minutes unsuccessfully looking for a torque spec. on the valve cover. I know someone out there knows it by heart, help!

    Hey John,

The reason why you can't find them is because they don't list them! However, the clymer's states the torque for the camshaft tensioner "housing" bolts are 7.5 ft/lbs, and they are about the same size, so I would consider that a good value, vs.
    "Good-n-tight" method I use!

Thanks, TC, at least I looked before I asked. I'll proceed with the "snug is good" approach.
