  • 3 cylinder XS ?

Pardon my Jap bike nievitee, but the other day I saw a partly dis -assembled bike that looked like an XS but had only 3 cylinders, I'm guessing that this may be a 650 or so, it was last licenced in 1989, anybody know anything about this bike? it was missing a few key parts like the entire intake, tank, seat and side covers.
    Thanks!

I think the 850 was a triple, maybe the 750 too.

My "second bike" was an XS750-2D with a vetter fairing and a Corbun Gentry seat. It was a great bike (I wish I still had it). It was nothing for myself and my wife to jump on and go for two hours in any direction we chose (after four hours needed to stop for gas.) It was the bike that made me want an XS1100 27 years ago.

              Triple the fun!

A 750SF, I have. Nice bikes, they are. Bring them back, they should.
