    carb holders..gaskets?

I just got my new carb holders today from partsnmore. the old ones I took off the bike didn't have gaskets on them. The new ones look like they don't need gaskets, they have a little rib that looks like it does the sealing, gaskets were supplied. Does anyone know... to use gaskets or not.

I didn't use the gaskets. Mine is sealed fine, 3 years now.

I agree with Pat. Doesn't call fer gaskets. That little O ring rib thing works fine.

I've seen the gaskets, but never had any in 16 years. Can't say I ever missed them either.
