  • Pics of Bike

Just wanted to share pics of my bike with all of you.She really needs a good bath.I have plans of stripping the entire bike down to scrub, clean, paint and polish.Currently at 57 thousand miles.Runs XStreemly fast with no problems with motor or tranny.Needs a new seat, bars(notice the dirt bike bars haha),mirrors, and a few others. Not a bad deal for 250 bucks.!!Once i have access to a garage i can start my project as wife wont let me bring her in the house.....I apologize for the bad pics and background just couldnt wait to share her with all of you. Thanks everyone for all your help!!!!

I would order a seat cover. There is a thread about that here, and they go on easily. Mine came out of Texas, looks stock, and fits great. The bars are easy and cheap, but don't go too cheap, as the chrome will rust quickly. Don't ask how I know.
Great buy!! I paid that much for a project bike, but it did come with a spare engine.
Welcome to the site, and be carefull, as these bikes are deceptive. You think your up to 70, and your actually doing 90.

.. Ha!, this is how i get most of my bikes, except you got lucky, yours runs. i also buy them in piles, like someone had plans to strip the entire bike down to scrub, clean, paint and polish, but didnt have time/money to finish. then after a few of years of tripping over the piles of stuff, they sell for cheap. not that this would happen to you but i thought i would throw this out there as this is a reality for alot of people and project bikes
.. so what i do is fix it up one part at a time, all the while riding it and enjoying it, so i dont get overwelmed and loose interest in it and the wifey does'nt nag me to get rid of it because it's in her way to.. each part i change makes the bike look and feel that much better and in a few years i end up with a super nice bike and a few years of some great riding time with the same bike.
.. i'm not kickin anyone here, i just dont want to see another great bike being sold in peices on ebay.
. great find Truck, i hope you end up loving your bike as much as i love mine
