Pilot screw

I bought a colortune and proceeded to get the boys inline-2, 3, 4 were a couple turns rich, 1 was "cobalt" but I wanted a touch of yellow, since so many say the XS prefers this. 1 will not change no matter what I do. All the way in, backfires, all the way out, "cobalt". Completely off the carb, "cobalt". I've tried blasting the hole out with carb cleaner. The tip on the screw looks good, machined. Any ideas.

Never mind, it's broke. I found the Pilot screw tip removal ...... tip, here we go again.
