Jets for Kerker 4-1 & K&N stock replacement

Hi all,
I'm really glad to find this site after owning my XS for 23 years! I have a stock '80 XS1100 SG with the 4-1 Kerker and a K&N stock type air filter. I was lucky enough to locate the last NEW header that Kerker had in their back room and need to know the best jet size to start with before the pipes turn any more blue (1 & 4 especially). I imagine this is an old question but one I've never had answered yet. Any experience and suggestions for jet size and needle mods would sure be appreciated.
