Anyone know a source for seafoam up here in Canada? Tried Canadian Tire, not sure where else to look, cause CT just looked at me with this dumb look. Any chance I could get some one to ship me some up for a small fee if I can't find any around here?

With a full tank, put in a half bottle of BG's 44K.......way better than sea foam's brand, and it won't smoke any either. Do it twice using whole bottle............works very well, short of a carb tear-down.......trust me. Sea Foam is the brand name, as they have alot of products. BG's also has similar line of prducts. BG's 44K cost twice that of sea foam, and you get what you pay for.

The third brand is Berryman's B12 Chemtool. Use it the same as seafoam, or the rest. I can get it here, and have NOT seen any seafoam.

forgive my ignorance, but what is BG's 44K? is there a web site for the product with additional info?

When rebuilding carbs, I use Berryman's B12 Chemtool to clean my disassembled carbs, and use Seafoam Deep Creep to thoroughly lubricate all parts (except the rubber part of the diaphram) on reassembly. Then, about four times a year, I add Seafoam to the fuel tank.

Hey there Brian!.............NAPA auto parts, Carquest and most othe auto parts carry 44K. ALL NAPA stores carry SEA FOAM products also. 44K is twice the cost of Sea Foam fuel additive, but is more refined and does a much better job...........have studied results of both, and short of overhaulin' fuel delivery system(carbs, tank, etc.) 44K is the most refined potent product out there. That's just my opinion based on experience with both products.
