Officer Shaw scholarship ride

Spent some time on a ride with a reported 700+ bikes. It was quite an event and it was the first motorcycle ride like that that I've been a part of. I've been on numerous Hot rod magazine power tours but they are not police escorted, shut down the intersections type of runs. It was for a good cause and was a very nice day. I took the XS11 and it had 2 extra cylinders over 98% of the bikes on the run. Bikers are a generous bunch of you didn't already know that.

Yeah, had a request for a sheepskin after our time on the bike yesterday. I bought this bike thinking we could expand our time in the saddle over my ZL1000. She has her eye on the Indian roadmaster back seat, attached to a 2 tone bike. Maybe next year we will try one out...LOL
