    First Time Out!!!

    Here's a few pics.



    First we have just after purchase. About 365 miles...




    Next we have a few days later. Going for a cruise...



    Then we have this one the day of the bike show (August 6, 2005). She won first in the Antique class here...



    Many thanks to all here who helped. I asked lots of questions, and you (the forum) gave me the directions to go. Couple more days and I'll post a pic of the bike with its winning trophy.

            Yes, the paint is original. The only items that are not OEM are the handlebars and grips and the highway pegs, and the rear tire. Not quite 2400 miles. And no, I didn't leave off a digit. Still no bike-trophy pics yet, though. Maybe in a copule more days.

            Thanks for all the oohs and aahs. Really makes me want to let more people see it.
