Not monumentous but had a great ride here in West Tennessee today...

I was outside getting some plumbing supplies for a honydoo sink rebuild and my wife called me to the phone. Our own Nashville Bill was on the other end of the line wanting to go riding. I wrapped up the plumbing and headed out.

We met in Jackson at noon, grabbed lunch, and took back rodes over to Lexington, TN. He was on his V-Storm which seemed like an super riding bike. I saw his brake lights go on only a couple of times on the twisty roads and felt like I was slowing him down as we were riding.

It was great meeting the man behind the posting here on the site and a fantastic day for a ride!

It was great meeting Don and riding with him. He's a really great XS11 guy. We had planned a ride last year, but it didn't work out and we had talked on the phone a few times.

It was 76 degrees and sunny in middle TN Saturday and was a great day for riding.
