Is anyone in the area up for a ride on Saturday? The forecast is sunny and 60 for Dahlonega. Maybe I'll ride up to Maggie Valley. Any takers?

Well go ahead and do that. Perhaps stop for some of that Southern BBQ for lunch. Take some pictures to share on here.
Me ? I'll be sorting out the garage trying to figure out how to get 10lbs of S#!t into a 5 lb bag before the snow flies. BUt you go ahead and have a good time

Barely above freezing here and windy with rain...YUK!
I hear the leaves are looking great down that way. Some pictures and a ride report like Tod does for us would be appreciated.

Still Riding in GA
Had a BLAST!! Just did 275 miles of this:
Riding from Atlanta over to South Carolina
Lunch at Amish restaurant (distant relation to the Sarasota Yoder's restaurant folks)
Went with avid riders Laura (FJR), Theresa (BMW), Cathy (Wing) & Larry (GS650)
Larry & Cathy ride a lot. Went around the planet on their V-Strom 650's a couple years ago
Fun day and topped out at 67 degrees. I got a 'day pass' to go riding so that was much appreciated. My 11E is running pretty nice too. Why work on cosmetics (ever) when you can ride??? Odo turned 43,000 miles on the way home so I've now ridden 3,800 miles after the Feb 12' till Jun 13' Rescue effort from PO in Louisville KY. Maybe it will even get me to XS North next June!!
Oh, btw met Mrs Yoder too. It was her 90th birthday.
She was working!!!! Said she opened the place 49 years ago. I know where I'll be at 90 and it sure won't be talking to anyone.

You like to read about road trips on bikes? That is the place to go, though it is a lot less personal than here where you know most of the people involved on the rides.Try your hardest to be the kind of person your dog thinks you are.
You can live to be 100, as long as you give up everything that would make you want to live to be 100!
