my ride today

I went to the new river gorge today. I only live about 5 miles from there and have never ridden under it. What a nice ride!

That is a beautiful area! My very first long distance ride was to that area. Had a company white water rafting trip on the New River. Rode from Cincinnati down to Beckley with very limited highway. Still one of my favorite rides.

Definitely will. That ride was in 1988 IIRC. So it has been a while.

Love that area,when I was a driver I would be in Beckley every monday morning to deliver to the ARH hospital and then down to Princeton and Bluefield and RT 52 where two days later I would end up back in OH...some great bike roads but heck in a truck

yeah it would be rough in a truck for sure. The road under the bridge is one way cause it is so skinny.

Jeff I wonder how crowded it is on that road when they have bridge day. Probably be a great spot to watch the bungee jumpers from.
