A pair of SG's in the mountains

I got together with a fellow XSive for some riding in the North Georgia Mountains. Mike Farrington (MFarrington) and I met in Dawsonville this morning and spent the day testing our tires on went pavement. It was just drizzle, so it didn't spoil the fun. The roads were still still twisty and the scenery was beautiful. The photo is our parting shot, taken at RIB COUNTRY in Cleveland, GA. It was all good fun, food, and fellowship!

A good time was had by all!

Marty, thanks for the fantastic tour. I love North GA, and thought I knew it pretty good, but brother! You know your roads!

I'm looking forward to the next ride . . ..

      Peace,

Neither of us brought a camera. That is a cell phone pic. I took some in the same area a few days before.

Looked like some mighty nice riding.Trees changing,a few flip flop turns
Most of my Georgia time has been on the big roads but it looks like I was missing a few things..same way here in Ohio.

would love to,but job is very demanding in summer,(I drive dump truck) hopefully next year I can get to one of the Xsive rallies. I really wanted to go to the one near Charllote,N.C. this year. I have friends who live there who ride. They are forever inviting myself and my wife down. I used to live in N.C when I was stationed at Ft. Bragg,I love down south, right upto Skynard lol
