Day ride upstate NY This weekend

Hey guys:

Would like to take an over night ride with SWMBO.
Upstate NY maybe stay @ a bed and breakfast.

I like secondary roads. I know there are a few guys in the area.
I'm off the I87 on the NJ/ NY border.

I would like any recomendations on roads places to stay.
We like quiet easy going places.

The bike turned out real nice- good job bringing her back from the near dead...

I keep looking for a rack/backrest like yours for mine - it makes SWMBO feel safer.

It"s a 79SF. It needs some work right now. I've been meaning to get around to it. Its a blast for around town. Its a little small for 2 up highway riding.
