  • Ride around Randolph County, NC

Me and Mark got together with some friends and decided to take a ride around Randolph county, NC. We meet a the Climax Post office at 11am and we and had a good lunch at The Backyard grill it was pretty good food. After eating we took off down Monnett Rd. to Bus. 421(Liberty rd.) this took us to Liberty. This was a nice straight road very little traffic. Then once we got to Liberty we hit Old Liberty Rd. towards Asheboro. This road was magnificent the curves were great nice flowing curvers and only one stop on this 8 to 10 miles road. We stopped at a gas station to rest for a bit before heading up business 220 north to the Richard Petty Museum were we stopped and walked around. After walking around Mark and his two friend decided to head back to the Old Liberty Rd and ride it back to Liberty to head home. Over all his was a great ride and a great group of guys to hang with.

The Group after the trip in front of the Richard Petty Museum.

The Group before the ride we have a XS special Mark (Mlew) and a XJ Eric (Bigge_al) and Mark's friends with Honda and a Kawasaki and Eric's Friends Linn on a Harley

Nice pics and report..who has the bike with the cut down Windjammer?...I have one and my windscreen is way too tall...I'd like to cut it down like that, but I'm afraid to ruin it...just bought the new screen with the vents...but I still cant get a good airflow.
