79 and 81 XS 1100's 3800km trip to PEI

We all take our bikes for 3800km maiden voyages right?

a casual drive

Our bikes had gotten board with the local scene and asked us to take them to see the ocean.
Saturday 500 km (cloudy and intermitant rain)
Sunday 560 km (cloudy and intermitant rain) Saw first sun in days 20ft worth just outside Fredricton New Brunswick we talked about it alot that eve.
Monday 600km (cloudy and intermitant rain) saw a full 3-minutes of sun and took photos to prove it.
Tuesday 580km to Sunny in PEI High 30c
Wednesday Beach only rode to Liquor store for refill.
Thrusday 830 km a little saddle sore.
Friday 800+ km home at 12:45 am

i do not know yet if the yellow 79ish is coming; spent the night convincing my wife that we should go on another bike ride after i just got back from the big one. I will ask buddy if he can get away again.

She said something about our anniversary and it not being a bad idea to get away. i need to add passenger pegs for her on the back and find her a helmet.

looks like i can do it just spend the day at work making reservations and the eve finding pegs from our parts bike and shopping for a nut protector for her melon.
