My first real putt on my new sled. Well it is new to me Mine is the 1979 xs1100f . We left Solano county going up Pleasant valley road at 8 in the morning. Rode to hwy 128 . I don't know the name of the road at Turtle rock but we went right and rolled past the lake all the way to the bridge. It was a beautiful morning about 80 degrees out already. We saw wild turkeys, a couple of deer and when we stopped at the bridge there was a huge Osprey nest with a bird in it squawking away. We went left at the bridge and drove down into Pope valley. WEnt right on butts canyon road all the way to Middletown for a late breakfast. After that we doubled back up Butts canyon to Ink grade and followed it over to the town of Angwin.Took Deer park road over to Hwy29, went left through St Helena to Oakville Grade went up and made a left on dry creek road . Went all the way into Napa and made a right on Redwood road, We went all the way back up until it turned into Mt Veeder road and crested the hill where it meets back with Oakville grade. We took that back down to the floor of the Napa Valley and went right on Hwy 29 to Yountville. We cut across Yountville crossroad to Silverado Trail and went right towards Napa. We cut thru Silverado Country clud and went up Monticello road towards Lake Berryessa. Then took a right on Wooden Valley road . Followed this to a crossroad that goes through gordon valley and winds back to Mankas Corner. From there we were almost home. We took the roads on the back side of Fairfield, I don't know the names and the signs were blury.

WE went 186 miles total and saw some magnificant sights. I had not rode on most of these roads in 20 years. Some had changed alot and some had not changed at all. I took some pictures that I will try to post, I should have taken more but I did not want to stop . It was an awesome ride and my bike was perfect.Screamindeal
