Laconia Motorycle Rally 2008

Went up to bike week on the Thursday. Not much of a ride to report since the Weirs is only a few miles from where I live. I took some pictures and they are here:

Didn't have too much time for demo rides, but did get to ride the R6. Was going to ride the new Victory cruiser but I ran out of time.

I demo rode a victory (jackpot?) long forks raked . It sure did not turn or cut quick at all. Big triumph rocket was more fun to ride.

Went on a whim. Fixed my rear brake, took her for a test ride, then just kept going.

We're renting a house up there next year for the week, and I'm hoping you all will at least swing by for a few.
Even if it is on a whim!!
First year for me, bikeless. We had a nice time, but too short. Next year we're all climbing Mt Washington, eating way too much, relaxing and hoping for good company to help us out. I will no longer be bikeless though!
