YEEEEEEHAAAAWWW!!!!!
Well me and Wayne met up at the IHOP on Fuqua and I45 this foggy Saturday morning. We had a good breakfast and headed out. Wayne on his 81H and me on my 80SG.
It wasn't that cold tempurature wise but add wet fog and it was kind of chilly! I was really glad I wore my leathers.
We went up I45 north to Huntsville and topped off our tanks.
By then the fog had finally burned off.
Wayne checked his map and lead the way. It didn't take long for him to get me totally lost so I just watched the scenery and let him navigate with me following not far behind....;-)
Most of the roads were smooth and totally AWSOME!!!
Especially 149 into and around Anderson. Lots of tight turns and hills. I think it comes in a close second to 335 in Kerrville we took last October without the cliffs.
The rest of the roads were very nice with sweeping turns and hills. I also noticed the Bluebonnets were already coming out.
So in 2 weeks they ought to be out in greater numbers.
In short it was a blast! From the time I left home till the time I got back there were 13hours and almost 400 miles logged.
Much needed de-stressing accomplished here....;-)
See Y'all in 2 weeks...
Take Care!!!
Keep the shiney side up and the rubber side down!
