    Brent,
Good golly thanks for such a postive feedback,I wish I could just jump on "My Bike" as I call it but I own a small company and time off is mid december thru march 1st not the best of riding times.
I wish I could put in the high mileage days again but I can't do them any more(I won't go there) 250,300 is my max. Had a great ride last weekend and another planned for tomorrow and will do a three day ride on the 5,6&7 0f Oct. to Hocking Hills OH.
Yuppers you guys ride TOO fast for me,my bike only goes to the grocery store, library, church and the ocassional sunday ride,a 1/4 mile at a time:-)
I have been riding more due to these ride reports and just finished reading XS Eleven Heaven by Bob Jones.
And yes I shall find my childhood dreams, most have come true, only two have not been realized yet.

Maximan, great bike and I passed your pictures on to a friend,he saw your cockpit shots and thought you might get a lot of glare back,is that any kinda of a problem? I didn't even think about it.

Actually I do get a little occasionally from the polished aluminum dash covers. But it is rare indeed and only happens when the angle of the sun it just right.

Just got around to reading yer report, Cody. I got busy with life when I got back! Great report. It was interesting to get your impression of the Great Coast Highway. I rode it solo right after 9/11. I wish I could have joined you: if there is a biker heaven...
Sorry to hear you sold Zilla. I hope the new owner fully appreciates what he (she?) bought!
And gaud! What an awfull picture of me: where was "make up?"

Old bikers never die, they're just out of sight!

My recently re-built, hopped up '79 Special caught fire and burned everything from the top of the engine up: gas tank, wiring, seat, & melted my windshield all over the front of the bike. Just bought a 1980 Special that has been non oped for 9 years. My Skoot will rise from the ashes and be re named "The Phoenix!"
                  I've been riding since 1959.

Too bad all the pics are gone. Cody let that Photobucket account expire when he got banned.
