Yesterday we celebrated the German reunion (since 1989) in Berlin and I decided to go there with my XS1100.
Berlin is normally 350 km away from us but I didn´t use the direct way on the "Autobahn" - I drove about 500 km (one way) through the countryside in the east of germany, in Brandenburg. We called that countries the "new countries".

XS-Bikers in the North-West: I will visit Seattle from 10-14-2002 - 10-17-2002. If there is someone in Seattle who is interested in a short meeting for infomation interchange and so on (and to have a beer or two!) should send me an email!
