has any one seen or done cermakrome coating on pipes. Is it shiny, is it expensive?

dont know but i thought about wrapping mine with the exhaust header wrapp to get some of the heat they put off to the back of the bike and you can make the wrap stuff look good if you take your time and make sure you get it tight79 yamaha xs1100f standard

I used Ceramakote last year on a new set of pipes. Twas a real pain in the A@#! Didnt work well either. If you have new pipes, you might consider springing for JetHot coating. It is alittle pricey but worth it in th elong run.Mike Giroir
