I got the 1156 and 1157 for my rear lights.

I put the 1156 replacements in my signal lites. They are right angle lights, so the LEDs face rearward. I also have 2 of the 1157s in my brake lights. The website recommends replacing your lights with the same color as the lens that covers them, but I got the white ones. The signals are bright enough through the yellow but the reds in the brake light are just a bit dim. I might take the diffuser out of the brake lens to see if that helps.

I like the TC mod, but me and electricity and soldering just don't see eye to eye to eye. These LEDs are a 2 minute replacement.
