      tank paint

They're not busy. They picked up my tank and had it done in a week. Also, I searched for the exact picture of Linda Blair. There are so many I can't find it. There are hundreds available in, "Yahoo groups" - in the photo section.

"" Painted my tank with a computer photo of Linda Blair and removed one dent for $300.00.""
I've seen several of Linda Blair's movies, but don't recall seeing a dent on her anywhere. Do I need one of those High Def. TVs, or is it because I'm stealing cable and not paying for it?

This is the same Linda Blair from "The Exorcist"?

The person that sent me to the custom painter said the same thing. These are 2 links to sites I found on the internet. I thought they were really good compared to what I used to see. I found out that Hollywood girls were way out when I lived in Orange County.

Linda Blair site with lots of pictures.

How much do you think they would charge for a simple black paint job. My Xj750 is in good need for one. starting to rust a little on the outside of the tank. The guy i purchased the bike from kept it out side under one of those blue plastic tarps.

                  plain paint job

About $300.00. I was told to expect this price when I lived in Laguna Hills. In SLC, I was told to pay even more than that. Before I bought the custom paint, though - I painted it myself.
For $300 I bought a compressor and spray gun from Harbor Freight and paint. It was a really good finish and I only had it custom painted afterwards because someone made off with my bike without paying and ruined the tank.
Make sure it's good paint or you'll have trouble with it.
