Both Evapo-Rust and Metal Rescue do exactly what they claim, I haven't been able to notice any difference other than the color of the solutions.
I don't have any pictures of the fresh solutions, they've all been used but new Evapo-Rust is light yellow and new Metal Rescue is clear.
The only difference I've been able to find is that the label on Metal Rescue says it's NOT a concentrate and it has a disposal warning for heavy metals (like Cadmium).
Evapo-Rust
Peeling back the Evapo-Rust label shows information in English and Spanish.
Metal Rescue
Metal Rescue mentions that it is not a concentrate that should be diluted and it does explicitly warn about disposal after heavy metal contamination.
