  • trouble finding genuine mikuni?

My local Yamaha dealer is a joke. They don't offer genuine mikuni and have no jets stocked. Online retailers seem content charging 200% retail price, plus shipping.

The solution? Harley speed shop! The 2014 street fat book had all the genuine mikuni jets I could ever need, and they carry ebc if you're into that sort of thing. Pilots and mains cost $2.95 per and dealers don't charge shipping.

I bought them at nicks custom cycles which was featured on American Pickers. Although they are a Harley outfit, they were happy to help and even had some mikuni in stock. This place is awesome. Downstairs is mostly used parts and complete Harleys for sale. Upstairs is a Harley museum. Just thought I'd share my pleasant jetting experience.
