    Rub and Buff

This is the BEST. Have applied it and ran for quite some time... 700 miles+. Still ooks great. Applied it to the exhaust retainers to see how well it holds up to... well ..... HEAT!! It still looks GREAT after the mileage. All for $3.21. Rub off any surface imperfections first. You will be pleased with the results. Found it at A.C. Moore in the framing section.

I went through almost the entire tube on my bike recently. The only problem I had with this stuff was I made the mistake of leaving it on too long on some pieces, and it was hell getting it to rub off. It's not like car wax. On the larger items it is best to do a small area at a time, and then rub it off before doing the next area. When I did my alternator cover, I figured I'd do the whole thing, and then just rub it off after it had set. WRONG!! Fortunatly, brake cleaner, and carb spray will remove it. And don't do it in the direct sunlight. It will dry in a heartbeat. Other than that, it's a great product.
