  • Sena Smh10 Bluetooth helmet communication system

My buddy in the army waiting to get out to ride ordered these for us and is having them shipped to me.

I'll give a full review when I get them.

    I'm pretty excited.

Well, Since we got them they have released tons of updates to them.

Each update added features, volume changes n such.

An update that was just released allows sharing a connection for music

In other words, my riding buddy who does all the nav, we can share the same connection to the same unit that is mounted on his bike, get the same info at the same time.

As well as listen to the same music if we want to.

I have loved the sena system since we got them.

We can charge and use them while charging, so during our ohio trip we had no problems keeping in contact almost the entire time!

The speakers are slim enough to fit just about anywhere in the helmet, and are plenty loud.

Music navigation is pretty simple with the hookup to the phone, it uses the same voice prompts the phone does, then you can simply change tracks using a push and twist motion on the dial.

We have been REALLY satisfied with this buy

Hey, that's good to know. Thanks for posting this.

I've been considering making a brand switch.

I used a Cardo Scala Rider Teamset for a while, then about 18 months ago went with a G9. It's ok, but I have had so many issues with it, I don't feel it was worth what they charge for it.

If it worked as advertised, it would be great! But alas,.....

They recently introduced the Q3, which allows music sharing from one source.
I asked Cardo if they planned on a software upgrade for the G9 that would do that.... Told no.

So far, I've only heard good things about the Sena.
