How often should SeaFoam be used. I will say that before I put up my bike for the winter, I added some seafoam, rode it into town and back(10-15 miles round trip)and then drained the carbs. Just went out to start Easter Morning and it fired right up on the first try.

Just was wondering if it should be a regular treatment or only on occassion?

Doesn't matter. Last year u used some in every tank almost, bit overkill though.

End of November last year I put on a heavy dose of seafoam and parked it, didn't even drain the carbs. Never touched it till last Monday and she fired right up.

Haven't tried Lucas Fuel Treatment but my cage wrench suggested Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant. Not sure if this was what did the trick, but after 2 tanks my gas mileage went from a miserable 28 MPG to an almost respectable 35 MPG.
