Hello.
I have been using a product called "Safest Rust Remover" and I am having good results with it. I have been told many of these type of products work best at 70 degrees F or higher and this one is no exception. It is not acid based according to the folks at the Ultra One Corp. and that makes it real user friendly. I have been soaking small parts till the rust dissolves! It doesn't hurt any metal or the rubber or plastics parts. I highly recommend this stuff. I also tried another product called "Rust Off" and that is rather good too.
