I used 4 flashers to get the signals to finally run. The relay near the fuses never really worked, espescially when the bike was at idle - the lights wouldn't flash. The new flashers are available at the auto store. They are roughly $5 each and go between your power wire and your light (2 poles).
My emergency flasher wouldn't flash so I bought a blade type switch (looks like the one the electrocuter uses) and powered it with the fused power outlet and mounted it to the frame with plastic ties.
Hint: I disconnected the old flasher and relay. I noticed the stock wires were fragile and shorted easily.
