Found these at the local auto parts store. It is a complete tire plug kit in a small tube. At a price of $3.99 each I picked up a bunch of them so as to have one in each vehicle. One of them has already saved the day for me.
It is shown here next to a cell phone so you can see the actuall size. It contains both the rasp and insert needle tools which screw together to make full size "T" type tools, cement and two plugs. Very "pro" like stuff.
