I ordered one of Rob's service CD's on the 19th. It arrived yesterday! The thing is great. Answered most of my questions in the first 15 minutes. I carry an old laptop and GPS when I travel, I will plan to carry the CD with me as well. Thanks for the fast service and great job. Mike
