    Here is a link to the 2007 Norton Comando, Norton Motorcycles They have a Great looking bike but will it run!!!

    .. the statment in the specs say it's peak power and torque is right there with the XS11, just happens lower in the rpm's. that means the power band is shorter, but since the bike is so much lighter it might be faster than most of our bikes before 100 mph.
    .. i bet it would be fun to ride

      I've talked to a few guy that have worked on the project. They say it vibrates on the Rictor scale.

          Love to see another hoodlum bike reborn. In a world full of look-alike cruisers and crotch-rockets, its nice to have more of a selection.

            I've heard good things about Triumph's retro twin but I haven't riden one yet.

            The new Norton has a lot to live up to following in the footsteps of the resurected Triumph...

              Another paper bike?

              How many Norton resurrections have we seen so far?
              How many hopeful souls have sent in their deposits?
              Certainly the photos look nice, the total absence of useless chromed-up doodads is good, but I won't believe the new Commando is more than just another scam until I see a row of them for sale in a local showroom.
