Suzuki in the garage?!?!

Picked up a bike from my BIL on the way home from Santa Cruz, CA. He bought it ten years ago when he decided to start "riding a motorcycle" at 60 years old. Rode it for about four months and parked it.
It's a 1980 GS850G shaft drive with a Vetter fairing. Still on the trailer, but I'll try and work on it so I can flip it to help pay for the '78 I'm working on. 18K miles on the odometer, and not too bad other than the top of the tank is down to metal and surface rust.
I'll post pics once I do a little more to figure out what it will need to run.

Those are known to be bulletproof machines, same bottom end as the 1100 which keeps it way under stressed.

I have a GS650L, 750E, 850L, 1000G, and 1100E of those. Fantastic bikes! Definitely more tame than the XS variants until you got to the '821100E. As you know, the XS750/850's are triples (I own a few of them, too), where-as the Suzuki's were inline 4's.
