110 ATC into Ct-70

By any chance does anyone know if a Honda ATC 110 motor (Hi/Lo trans) will fit into a CT-70 or maybe a Mini Trail frame? A friend gave me the motor and I am looking for a rolling frame to put it in.

ahh the honda atc 100, i remember going to the honda dealer with my dad in 82 to pick up our brand new 110. we had 80 acres and rode the snot out of it. i remember the first time we put it in low range. first romp on the gas and up came the front wheel. of course that was a good 200lbs ago. single cylinder pull start. i've still got that dude packed away in the barn back home. the tires are dry rotted and i'm sure the motors rusted but i'm hanging on to it. oh the mamories
