Can I get the carbs from a Seca 650 Turbo, and the turbo off ebay, and fit them to my XJ700 from 85?

I've access to this
XJ650 TURBO
surge tank + reed valve
Turbo collector chamber
airbox
airbox piping
engine intake scoops
exhaust with wastegate
carbs if Id need em (I don't think i do)

Have you tried asking at the guy at the XJ group on yahoo groups(link below) its not forum based link this but just like here there are a lot on knowledgeable guys there riding and wrenching on XJ's. There is also the xj-owners on the micapeak.com.
